I’m Jordan Mingle. I run DevThunder out of Williamsport, Pennsylvania — one person, one inbox, and the sites I agree to look after.
Most small sites do not fail from a lack of templates. They fail because nobody is accountable after launch: the form stops arriving, the domain lapses, and the person who built it is gone. I opened DevThunder so that work has a name and a place to write.
Owners, shops, and small teams who want a site that is theirs. Not a mystery panel. Not a freelancer who vanishes. Not a stack you have to explain to whoever answers the phone next year.
Three ways in, depending on how much you want to do yourself:
When you want me to do the making, that is a scoped build or redesign. The numbers live on pricing.
You own the domain and the content. I stay accountable for keeping the site healthy. Scope is written down before launch. After go-live there is one inbox. You never log into a hosting panel.
See pricing, check a name on domains, or request a site. If you want to support the shop, there is a Buy Me a Coffee link in the footer.
